Shipping
Delivery by Swiss Post usually takes place on the following working day after we have received payment.
Postage costs
From a value of goods of CHF 59, we will send your order postage free. For orders below this value, the shipping costs are CHF 8.
Returns
We are convinced of our products. However, if you do not like an item, we are very sorry. To make the returns process as smooth as possible, please note the following returns conditions:
Registering the return
Before you return the goods, we ask you to register the return by e-mail. Please send a message to
info@eged.ch with the following information:
- Order number
- Quantity and item descriptions or item numbers of the products to be returned
- Reason for return (optional, but helpful for our internal improvement)
Time frame for returns
Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of the goods. Returns received by us outside of this time frame can unfortunately not be considered and will therefore be returned with costs.
Condition of the goods
The products must be complete and in perfect, unused and original packaging. Please ensure that all labels and tags are still attached to the product. We will not accept products that are returned too late, incomplete, used, not in their original packaging or excluded from the returns option; they will be returned to you at your expense.
Products excluded from the returns option
Body care products (such as soaps, shampoos, shower gels, conditioners, creams, etc.) and
sauna fragrances are excluded from the returns option for safety and hygiene reasons.

Please keep proof of shipment
Important: Please keep the postal receipt for your return parcel. It will serve as proof in the event of a lost parcel. Without it, we will not be able to refund you if the parcel is lost.
Shipping costs for returns
The customer bears the costs for the return. If the reason for the return is an error caused by us or a faulty or damaged product, please
contact our customer service immediately at
info@eged.ch before taking any further steps. We will be happy to look for an uncomplicated solution for you.
Refund
The refund of the purchase price will be made within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
