A simple, natural aid for neck pain and stiff muscles: The high-quality wheat cushion can be warmed or cooled and placed on tense shoulders or other muscles.

Heat in the microwave:
Check that the microwave oven is clean.
Heat the pillow for 3.5 minutes (power below 500 W), 3 minutes (500-750 W) or 2.5 minutes (over 750 W).
During heating, place a glass of water half filled with cold water in the microwave.
Please make sure that the pillow can rotate freely in the microwave during the entire heating process and does not hit the walls of the microwave.

Heating in the oven:
Wrap the wheat pillow in aluminum foil and heat it for approx. 30 minutes at 90-110 °C.

Cold application:
Place the pillow in a freezer bag and put it in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours.
